A free and simple way to manage your tabs
Latr is a free Chrome extension for anyone who constantly keeps tabs open because they might need them later. Instead of letting dozens of forgotten pages pile up, it lets you schedule a tab to return when you actually need it, making browsing feel much more organized.
A thoughtfully designed tool
In Latr, you can use a keyboard shortcut, the toolbar, or even highlight a date or time on a webpage. When the reminder arrives, clicking the notification takes you directly back to the original page of a specific tab, rather than making you search for it again.
The organization features are also impressive without feeling unnecessarily complicated. Reminders can be searched, categorized, repeated, pinned, or arranged using folders and tags. Calendar integration is particularly helpful when you need reminders beyond your browser. However, its usefulness is tied to Chrome only.
A must-try browsing extension
Overall, Latr is a thoughtfully designed extension that solves a very specific but common browsing problem. Its straightforward workflow, useful scheduling options, and privacy-focused approach make it easy to recommend. If you regularly leave tabs open as reminders, Latr can make your browser considerably cleaner and more manageable.
